Get Rolling Again

Well, I thought I was 100% back on line, but it seems I was not quite there.  It has been almost a week since I rode.  In fact, I even took the last two days off from Clubsport.   At least the coffee, brownies, and yogurt from Starbucks have been good of late.  Looking to ride the bike tonight...maybe some intervals on Windemere to teach me a lesson about "getting it done".

The Road Back

Well, I am finally starting to feel like I am back on track.  I managed intervals on the bike last night and then a good workout this morning.  Now if I could only get the rest of my life to fall into place.  I guess all things in time.

In any case, I feel very lucky...more later I hope.  :-)
